Form and Version Changes
Realfast's™ online product, Realfast2Go™, automatically checks for form updates each time you log in. It is not necessary to perform separate downloads to have the most up-to-date forms.
The latest desktop version of the Realfast software is version 6.16. A version change indicates that changes have been made to the Realfast software program. Please refer to the links below to see the latest forms revisions for your Association or Board. You can click on your state to the left to download the updates.
Realfast suggests you download the updates if:
- You don't have Version 6.16
or ~
- Your board or association has revised or added forms since your last update.

This is a separate forms package available for purchase and is not part of the Colorado Forms Package.
