Transaction Folder Process: Create a folder and add all the forms you need for a transaction.
Auto Population: Enter data in one form, and it is automatically populated to other forms in the transaction folder.
Templates: Create templates in advance, with or without data, to save time when starting similar transactions where same forms are required.
Copy Existing Folder: Allows you to copy the forms from an existing transaction when the same forms are needed and offers the option to copy the entered data.
Manage Office: Only Office Administrators can access other users’ files and manage office information.
Manage users: Agents can change only their information.
Parties to the Transaction: Enter buyer/seller information in the PTT screen, and the information will populate to the forms in the folder.
Address Pick List: Allows you to select an address previously entered in the PTT screen.
Form Order: Allows you to determine the order in which the parties to the transaction will appear in the forms.
Folder Selection: Simply select the folder you wish to work on and the forms appear below the folder name.
Existing Folder Versioning: Gives you the option to update to a new form version for transactions in progress, when a form has changed. Previously entered data will populate to the new form.
Clause Library: Allows
you to create and
insert frequently
used segments of
text into any expandable
field within your
contract forms. Clauses
are often provided to you
or your firm by an attorney,
however, they can be any
verbiage used repeatedly
in your contracts.
Personal
Clauses can be created
and used by an individual
agent, while Office
Clauses are those
created by the office
administrator and
shared with all agents
in the office to
insert into their
forms.
Expandable Fields: Select fields allow unlimited space to enter information, paste from your Clause Library or copy and paste from any document.
Calendar Tool: Right click your mouse within a date field, calendar pops up, select date and it is automatically populated into that field.
Override Field: Right click the mouse within any field and select this feature to unlink the field so the information entered in that field does not populate to any other field in this form, or other forms within the folder.
Insert N/A or None: Right click the mouse within any field, select N/A, or None, and it is automatically populated into the field.
Auto Calculation: Calculates to total as monies are entered.
Edit Folder: Allows you to add forms to your folder, or remove those you don’t need with a single click.
Edit Parties: Allows you to make corrections, or add information to the parties to the transaction.
Validate: Brings to your attention, every field left blank or questionable.
Send Forms (e-mail): Use Realfast’s Secure Forms Exchange to share documents with clients, allowing buyers, sellers or other agents to review, print and save the forms. Documents cannot be edited by the reviewing party.
Preview Form: Allows you to look at a form or select a specific printer before printing.
Print Forms: Allows you to print all forms within your folder or select only the ones you wish to print.
Open Existing Folders: Takes you to the folders you’ve previously created to edit or continue working.
Loan Calculator: Save time and verify your math with this feature, which allows you to calculate mortgage payments and insert into forms.
Strike Through: Allows you to strike through pre-printed text that may not be applicable in a particular transaction. The stricken text remains legible beneath the strike through. Archive: Allows you to remove completed transaction folders from your existing folders list, store them on our servers as archived files and retrieve them if necessary.
